PAYMENT TERMS: Purchases may be paid by VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, Check, Money Order or C.O.D. All payments should include shipping and handling. (C.O.D. charge is $8.25additional per tag ). NOTE: UPS will no longer accept cash on COD deliverys. Please add an additional $1.00 for UPS surcharge for residential delivery There is a $25.00 charge for any returned checks regardless of the amount of the check. McCann Precision Golf customers who have established a Net 21 day account will be invoiced with each order for merchandise and freight. TERMS ARE NET 21 FROM DATE OF INVOICE. Any invoice not paid within 30 days is subject to 1.5% per month finance charge, and will be placed on automatic credit hold and C.O.D. shipments. McCann Precision Golf Inc. reserves the right to revoke a NET 21 account at any time.

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All Canadian and International orders must be pre-paid in U.S. funds. Letter of credit, bank transfer and Mastercard, VISA, Discover card and American Express are also accepted. Method of shipment must be specified or we will ship by method of our choice.

SHIPPING POLICY: When placing an order please refer to the delivery chart below to figure shipping costs. (Continental United States only). All orders will be shipped by UPS unless other means are specified. Canadian and International orders will be shipped by the most economical means unless another form of transportation is requested. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped surface parcel post unless Air Parcel Post or UPS Blue Label is specifically requested. All C.O.D. orders are subject to a $8.25 charge by UPS.

BACKORDERS: Should for any reason an item you ordered be temporarily out of stock, so it does not delay your order we will ship that portion which is in stock. Backordered items will be shown on your order's packing list. For all backorder items there is no additional charge for shipping to you. If you do not wish to wait on any backordered item, we will cancel the order and refund the balance. NOTE: All backorders under $5.00 will be cancelled.

 DAMAGED GOODS AND RETURNS: If you receive your order and any item is damaged, save the package and notify the carrier at once, then notify McCann Precision Golf and explain the circumstances. All claims must include your CUSTOMER NUMBER and INVOICE/ORDER NUMBER, and must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. Any merchandise may be returned within 30 DAYS for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. ANY NON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. Return authorization must be given by McCann Precision Golf before any return merchandise will be accepted. You must also include a copy of the invoice or packing list with all returns.

SHORTAGES: Please be sure to check your invoice and packing list carefully. If you did not receive an item you ordered and it is not listed as backordered or canceled, please contact us immediately. All shortages must be reported within 10 Days of receipt of shipment.

PRICING AND WARRANTY: Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at the time of order will apply. McCann Precision Golf warrants all their products against defects in material and workmanship for a full year from the date of purchase. McCann Precision Golf does not warrant playability. Returns as a result of improper assembly or products that have been improperly fitted for customers will not be replaced or refunded under this warranty.

SALES TAX: Please add 6.25% sales tax to your order if you live in Ohio or plan to pick-up your order. To be tax exempt, you must have a current Tax Exemption certificate on file with McCann Precision Golf. Tax exemption forms are available on request
